Intense workouts and diet focuses on rapid and lasting effects: loss of 3 to 8 centimeters in the waist and hips, weight loss of 2 to 5 kg
Diversity training: Cross Fit, Nordic walking, peripheral trainings, body pump (intense workouts burning fat tissue), ATB (legs, buttocks and abdomen), TRX classes, Tabata, canoeying, team games, running, running with obstacles, bike, training to improve body.
Education: for participants how to exercise and eat healthily.
Motivation: the presence of the coach and other players will reinforce your motivation to achieve the intended objective, and the vision that we will meet at the next meeting in a month or two to see if you have taken the fight with each other and whether you implanted in you the spirit of a healthy lifestyle.
The staff of trainers is connected by common passion with extensive experience and knowledge.
Small groups: maximum number of participants during camp is 18 people, so that we are able to provide individual attention to participants and create a family atmosphere.
Participants receive a ready-made diet meals, so they leave with a ready recipe or the possibility of providing allowances for homes (only Warsaw)
